Safety & Security

  • Is my money safe with Jama?
Your money is never touched by Jama. For investments, the money is sent from your bank to the Demat account of the broker directly. Even at the time of withdrawal, the funds reach your account directly. We do not hold custody of your stocks or fund units. The selection and investment planning are done keeping in mind fiduciary responsibility i.e., we are not paid by anyone else to make the selections.
  • Is it secure?
Jama follows bank-grade security and encryption for all information transfers. The application is protected by an encrypted password that cannot be read even by our system administrators. We have a PIN to protect the mobile app. Any fund transfer that you do for making investments is done on your Bank's net banking platform which has two-factor authentication. Jama simply redirects you to the bank for the fund transfer activity. At any time, we do not have custody of our stocks, mutual funds, or cash.
